Our services are not intended for persons under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We cannot verify this.

We process personal data for:

• Contacting you when necessary to perform our services

In some cases, Valoryte B.V. may make decisions that are based solely on automated processing and that may have significant consequences for individuals.

• Google Ads algorithms, for automated bidding strategies, ad placements and audience selection based on historical and current performance
• n8n automation platform, for automated data processing and reporting tasks
• ChatGPT (OpenAI), directly or via n8n, for data analysis, reporting and text generation, which may lead to automated recommendations or actions

Where possible, these decisions are reviewed by an employee either before or after they are made.

5. Retention periods

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary:

• Clients: 12 months after the end of the collaboration
• Leads: 12 months
• Personal data provided by clients: until the processing is completed

6. Sharing personal data with third parties

We only share personal data with third parties when necessary for:

• The performance of our agreement
• Compliance with legal obligations

We enter into data processing agreements with companies that process data on our behalf.
